Unlike Delhi, where most popular restaurants don’t accept reservations, especially on weekends. Jaipur is the exact opposite. And I learned it the hard way by just showing up to places with a 2-hour waiting. The only exception was Bar Palladio, but they too have changed their no reservation policy now! So, the biggest tip – MAKE RESERVATIONS!!!
Iconic bars, many of them, newest modern Indian restaurant the Native Cocktail room finds a spot alongside the iconic LMB! One of my favourite finds was Baradari, located inside City Palace with a sprawling beautiful ambiance, and fusion, desi and International bites. It isn’t on my list, but if dining inside majestic forts hums your drum, you must check out 1135AD at Amer Fort.
